You’re Stronger Than You Think
Strength doesn’t always look like shouting from the rooftops. Sometimes, strength is showing up,tired, uncertain, and a little afraid, but showing up anyway. It’s getting out of bed when grief feels overwhelming. It’s trying again after disappointment. It’s loving again after heartbreak.
We often don’t recognize our own strength because we’re measuring it by someone else’s highlight reel. We look at others who seem to have it all together, who seem to handle life effortlessly, and we convince ourselves that we’re not strong enough. But real strength doesn’t need a stage. It doesn’t need an audience. It shows up in the shadows.
Strength is found in the quiet decisions, the ones no one sees. It’s in the choice to persevere when you don’t feel like it. It’s in the decision to believe, even when doubt is louder. It’s in the act of healing, even when the wounds still hurt.
You’ve already survived things you never thought you would. You’ve faced battles that no one else even saw. And you’re still here. That’s not weakness; that my friend is what I call Resilience! That’s power. You’ve faced the storm, and you didn’t just survive, you’re standing tall, still moving forward.
It’s easy to feel like we’re not strong enough when we compare our struggles to others’ successes. But strength isn’t about being flawless. It’s not about having everything figured out. Strength is found in the decision to keep going, even when you’re not sure how much more you can take.
Stop waiting for a moment when you “feel strong enough” before you take the next step. The truth is, you’re already stronger than you think. Strength isn’t always flashy. Sometimes, it looks like courage in the face of fear. Other times, it looks like wisdom in the face of uncertainty. And sometimes, it looks like letting go,releasing the past so you can step into your future.

But however it shows up, strength is always there. It’s in you. And it’s enough.
So this week, I challenge you to remind yourself of everything you’ve already overcome. When you think you can’t go any further, look back at all the times you didn’t give up. You don’t have to fake perfection to prove your strength. Your strength is found in your willingness to keep moving forward, even when it’s hard. Just keep walking in it,quietly, boldly, and unapologetically.
Strength doesn’t have to shout. Sometimes, it simply refuses to quit.

How to Forgive When It Feels Impossible
Question from Naomi: Someone deeply hurt me, and I know I need to forgive, but I just can’t seem to let go. How do I move forward?
Answer: Forgiveness is a process, not a one-time event. Here’s how to start:
1. Acknowledge Your Pain: Don’t suppress your emotions—allow yourself to grieve and process.
2. Choose to Forgive: Forgiveness isn’t about them; it’s about freeing yourself from resentment.
3. Pray for Healing: Ask God to help you see the person through His eyes and to heal your heart.
4. Release and Repeat: If the pain resurfaces, remind yourself of your decision to forgive and keep moving forward.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting—it means choosing freedom over bitterness.
