Nancy Jo Robinson Miller Nancy Jo Robinson Miller

Nancy Jo Robinson Miller left this earth to be with the Lord on September 5, 2024. She was born to David and Opal Robinson on April 1, 1966. She was a lifelong resident of Arkansas County, primarily, Bayou Meto. Nancy Jo was a devoted farmer's wife to Scott Miller, and a proud mother to Payton Miller. She was a devout member of the Bayou Meto Methodist Church. Nancy Jo had an infectious laugh that was often accompanied by a conversation about her family, friends, or pets, all of which she adored. Nancy Jo loved spending time working in her yard, tending to flowers, and mowing every yard in Bayou Meto. Family was Nancy's entire world and you could not find a more dedicated wife, mother, sister, cousin, and aunt. She could always be heard celebrating the accomplishments of her son, Payton, or bragging on her many nieces and nephews (including the greats). If you had the privilege of knowing Nancy Jo then you know the love she showed to everyone she met. While her family and friends joke about her willingness to share her opinions when necessary, she loved her community and was generous to all.

Nancy Jo was preceded in death by her father (David Robinson), mother (Opal Robinson), Father in law (Billy Miller) and mother in law (Vera Miller). Nancy will be loved and remembered by her husband of 33 years, Scott Miller; son, Payton Miller (of Monticello); sisters Nikki Hearn (Danny), Kim Allen (David); Sister in law Mikki Milliken (Kevin), Sister in law Suzette Miller (Wade Powell); Brother in law, Billy Miller (Donna); Nieces, Keri Morton (Cody), Meagan McLeland (Josh), Alyson Bass (Lee), Tiffani Burns (Damon), Bailey Bingham (Justin); Nephews, Jody Hearn (Ronni), Brad Hearn (Tiffanie), Ty Simpson (Tosha); a host of great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were September 7 at Bayou Meto Methodist church with burial in Bayou Meto Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Bayou Meto Methodist Church (c/o Dixie Davis, 347 Wheeler Lake Rd., DeWitt, AR 72042) or Bayou Meto Community Women of Faith (1087 Hwy 276, Stuttgart, AR 72160). www.essexfuneralhome.com
