Michael Scott Clemons

Michael Scott Clemons, known to his work family as “Iron Mike”, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023. Like his father, Mike was a hard worker who didn’t know the meaning of a sick day.

A resident of Almyra, AR, Mike enjoyed his guns, grilling, and had a long-standing love affair with NASCAR and Western movies. He took pride in being an Eagle Scout, and a PCCUA graduate, his work, his girls and grandchildren.

He follows his parents James Lloyd Clemons and Bernice Parker Clemons leaving behind his four daughters Gabrielle (Alex) Hargrove, Rebekah Snyder, Rachel (Taylor) Roush, and Katie (Colt) McCurley; his siblings Sherry (Kermit) Clemons Teppen, Sandy (Jim) Clemons Davis, Jim (Kim) Clemons, and Carol (Kenneth) Layman; his many grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Mike never met a stranger and therefore also left many friends and Lennox Family.

They are invited to a celebration of life at Wilderness Tabernacle at the old Deluce Prairie United Methodist near DeWitt, AR on Saturday September 30th, at 2pm.
