Russell Rogers

Russell Rogers, age 78, born Frank Russell Rogers on October 8, 1944, to Lucy and Frank Rogers, in El Dorado, AR, passed in his home in Hot Springs on April 30, 2023.

Russell graduated from El Dorado High School in 1962 and attended Hendrix College for one year before transferring to the University of Arkansas Fayetteville and receiving a Juris Doctorate from the UA Law School in 1969. Russell served as the Circuit and Chancery Judge based in Stuttgart for 20 years, and then continued in private practice until recently.

Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and Frank Rogers. He is survived by a sister, Andrea Kevin Rogers of Dickinson, TX; his wife of 31 years, Tiffany Blackwell Rogers; sons, spouses and grandchildren, Matt (Deanna), Anthony and Vincent; Alex (Paula), Hunter, Mia and Emerson and Forrest (Courtney), Addison and Asher. He is also survived by Bentley, his faithful companion since 2009 and Zoe Buerkle, who Tiffany rescued in 2013.
