Brandi Marie Ahrens

Brandi Marie Ahrens, 41, passed away February 17, 2023. She was born April 8, 1981, to Rufus Jones and Janet Lee Gordon.

Growing up, Brandi enjoyed participating in beauty pageants. She always has loved to go fishing. She attended Faith Baptist Church in DeWitt.

Brandi was preceded in death by her father, Rufus Jones, and grandmother, Julia Mae Huff.

She is survived by her children Jacob Currie of Benton, Jay Marie Purdy and Jagger Jones of DeWitt; her mother Janet Gordon of Fort Smith; grandparents H.J. and Marie Purdy of DeWitt; two sisters Chasity Gordon of Memphis and Nicole Darguzas (Jeremy) of Hot Springs; and long-time friend Don West of DeWitt.

Visitation was held at 1-2 p.m. Thursday, February 23 at Faith Baptist Church with funeral services at 2:00pm. www.essexfuneralhome.com
