Lelia Mae Bell

Lelia Mae Bell, 69, of DeWitt passed away October 28, 2022. She was born February 26, 1953, in DeWitt to Oscar Harold and Anna Katherine Wagner Bell.

Lelia was the city clerk for DeWitt for 43 years and had just recently retired.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister Joyce Wagner; and niece Tina Norton.

Leila is survived by her son Chris Bell; two sisters Brenda James and Pam Kagebein; two grandchildren Drew Bell and Presley Thompson; and two great-grandchildren Phoenix and Kairi Harris.
