Patricia Lynn Simmons Kagebein

Patricia Lynn Simmons Kagebein, 69, of DeWitt passed away April 18, 2024. She was born March 2, 1955, in DeWitt to Glen and Hazel Murphy Simmons.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; sister Kay Wells; and one great-grandchild.

She is survived by her husband David Kagebein; daughter Valerie Roush (Danny); three grandchildren Slade Kagebein (Heather), Makayla Epperson (Dalton), and Matthew Schrock; four great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.

Pat loved her grandbabies, and enjoyed her little dog, Bella, so much.

Visitation was held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. April 22 at Essex Funeral Home with graveside services following at 2:00 at Thompson Cemetery.
